Artha is a private, application-based network for front-office buy-side investment professionals in the UK. Membership is not guaranteed and is subject to review.

Access to Artha is by application. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove membership at our discretion. Information provided during application and profile creation must be accurate.

Artha is provided for personal, professional use only. Members agree not to misuse the platform, misrepresent their identity or professional background, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Compensation survey submissions are voluntary and anonymous. Aggregate, anonymised data may be used to produce benchmark reports and insights. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

Artha does not guarantee employment, introductions, or specific opportunities. Matching and recommendations are informational.

Firms accessing Artha to post roles or search the network agree to use candidate information solely for genuine hiring purposes and in accordance with UK data protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Artha constitutes acceptance of any changes.
